Satellite Meetings
The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel has a number of meeting rooms that have been reserved by PPC2009 and are available during the conference dates for use by attendees and related organizations. The floor plan for meeting space is described on the Mayflower Events web site. Please send requests for use of meeting space with a description of your requirements to the conference organizers at PPC2009@ieee.org.
